How To Change Your Blog Background ?

I have had a lot of people ask me how to change their blog backgrounds. I thought it would be a good idea to post the instructions. Also if you don't have time or don't want to try and find paper to change you background you can go to Pyzam.com,
they have a lot of different templates that you can download for free. Well I decided that it would be a very long post if I wanted to write all the instructions on my blog.
